For this role, we act as a recruitment partner handling the hiring process on behalf of our customer. About the team A stealth-mode construction technology company developing software to manage and analyze construction workforce data in real time., We are looking for a full-time Chief Technology Officer to own the company's technology vision, execution, security posture, and engineering operations end-to-end. The CTO will step into a platform that has: * a live, revenue-generating customer base * a modern architecture * a maturing security posture including successful SOC 2 audit * active product development across core platform and new capabilities The role implies being a hands-on executive leader responsible for translating business and product strategy into reliable, secure, scalable technology while building and leading high-performing teams across multiple geographies.
