## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * HS Diploma required

 * Associates Degree or higher strongly preferred
 * 5+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or EUC roles.
 * Strong experience with Windows support, Microsoft 365, and Intune or similar MDM tools.
 * Experience supporting users across multiple locations; manufacturing environment experience preferred.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
 * Citrix VDI experience is a plus.

## Description

* Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
 * Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot endpoint devices and user-facing technologies.
 * Support Microsoft 365, Intune, and enterprise productivity tools.
 * Manage tickets, user access requests, patching, and documentation.
 * Participate in incident response activities and an on-call rotation.
