This role drives execution, team performance, and continuous improvement across innovation initiatives while partnering cross-functionally to advance strategic priorities. The Associate Manager serves as a thought partner to the Manager, Innovations-bringing a strategic mindset, strong operational leadership, and a bias for action. This role balances people leadership, program execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality outcomes and consistent client experience.
