 * Experience managing Transportation Management Centers (TMC)
 * Experience with 511 traveler information systems
 * Experience with Road Weather Information Systems (RWIS)
 * Experience with ITS modernization programs
 * Experience with transportation analytics and operational dashboards
 * Experience with transportation asset telemetry and operational technology systems
 * Executive-level transportation operations experience

Desired Qualifications & Skills

 * State DOT leadership experience
 * FHWA, AASHTO, or TRB participation
 * Transportation digital transformation experience
 * Data-driven operations management experience
 * AI and advanced analytics familiarity
