You will own the full channel portfolio across Amazon Vendor Central (1P), Amazon Seller Central (3P), Walmart Marketplace, Home Depot, Wayfair, and Lowe's, and directly manage the E-Commerce Manager and their team. You will be in the portals, in the data, and in the platforms every day. Time split: ~70% hands-on execution | ~30% automation and systems development What You'll Own Platform Operations - Daily management of all major seller/vendor portals, API order flow dashboards, and channel compliance end to end. Compliance & Risk - Proactively identify and resolve listing suppressions, taxonomy gaps, feed mismatches, and chargeback issues before they impact revenue. Pricing & Profitability - SKU-level net margin analysis by channel, pricing execution, and clear go-forward recommendations with defined impact and risk. Catalog & Content - Own catalog data quality across all channels: SKU mapping, pack logic, attributes, variation structure, and listing accuracy. AI & Automation - Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows, exception reporting agents, and data QA pipelines using Claude Code, Codex, and VS Code. Team Leadership - Directly manage and develop E-Commerce Manager, E-Commerce Assistant, and Marketing Assistant.
