The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our network security infrastructure to protect our systems and data from security threats. Essential Role Responsibilities Network Security Design and Implementation: * Design and implement secure network solutions to protect the organization's network infrastructure. * Configure and manage security devices such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPNs. Security Monitoring and Incident Response: * Monitor network traffic for suspicious activities and respond to security incidents in a timely manner. * Conduct forensic analysis of network security incidents and implement corrective actions. Vulnerability Management: * Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses. * Implement security patches and updates to mitigate identified vulnerabilities. Policy Development and Enforcement: * Develop, implement, and enforce network security policies, procedures, and guidelines. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
