## About the Role

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to help grow our online presence and showcase our real estate business. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, content creation, and engaging with audiences across multiple social media platforms., * Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand

 * Strong photography and video editing skills
 * Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
 * Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus
 * Real estate experience is helpful but not required

* Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
 * Capture and edit photos, videos, reels, and stories
 * Assist with marketing luxury homes, local lifestyle content, and company branding
 * Write compelling captions and social media copy
 * Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages as needed
 * Track performance and provide recommendations for growth
 * Stay current on social media trends and best practices
