You are comfortable with ambiguity and know how to create structure without creating rigidity. * Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect., * Experience designing Agile maturity models, delivery scorecards, or similar frameworks for assessing and improving team performance. * Experience supporting platform, data, or enterprise technology teams, where delivery complexity is high and cross-team dependencies are the norm. * Experience building communities of practice or other mechanisms for scaling knowledge and standards across a distributed practitioner community. * Experience with AI-assisted tooling or automation approaches that reduce ceremony overhead and improve delivery visibility. ## Description As Agile Practice Lead, you will help us build an Agile practice from the ground up. Over the last year, a structured contractor engagement has demonstrated that dedicated Agile leadership meaningfully improves delivery predictability, team throughput, and leadership visibility across multiple scrum teams. We are now ready to bring that capability in-house, and the Agile Practice Lead is the foundational step toward that end. This is a senior-level leadership and enablement role. You will own the Agile practice as a discipline: setting the standards, developing the practitioners, and connecting day-to-day delivery execution to our broader operating model. You will build and lead a small team of Scrum Masters, serve as the primary strategic partner to engineering and product leadership on delivery health, and translate what is happening across teams into insights that help us make better decisions faster.
