Wannamaker Law is seeking a Lead Application Submission Coordinator to oversee our Application Submission team and ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant preparation of immigration applications and legal documents. In this leadership role, you will serve as the primary resource and subject matter expert for the Application Submission team, providing guidance, training, quality assurance, and workflow management. You will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and management to ensure application packets meet the highest standards before submission to immigration authorities. What You'll DoTeam Leadership & Development * Lead, coach, and support the Application Submission team to ensure high-quality work and consistent performance. * Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing development for team members. * Serve as the primary point of contact for questions related to application assembly, submission procedures, and compliance requirements. * Monitor team productivity and assist management in identifying opportunities for process improvement. Quality Assurance & Compliance * Oversee quality control processes to ensure all immigration applications and supporting documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with legal requirements. * Conduct final reviews of application packets prior to submission. * Develop and maintain best practices, checklists, and standard operating procedures. Workflow & Case Management * Assign and prioritize workloads to ensure deadlines are met across the team. * Monitor case progress and identify potential bottlenecks or risks. * Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure all required documentation is obtained and prepared accurately. Document Assembly & Submission * Review, organize, and compile immigration application packets for submission. * Ensure supporting evidence and documentation meet agency-specific requirements. * Maintain accurate records and tracking systems for all submitted applications. Process Improvement * Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across the application submission process. * Assist with implementing new workflows, technology, and quality initiatives. * Partner with leadership on department goals and performance metrics.
