Required Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or related field. ## Description Richmond, VA; Rutherford, NJ. This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with at least three days in the office weekly, The Senior HRIS Analyst will have extensive hands-on experience in supporting the maintenance, testing and improvement of our HRIS system, SuccessFactors. This role is responsible for managing changes, enhancements and implementations regionally, and as part of a global team.
