This is not an entry-level role-candidates must demonstrate the ability to independently troubleshoot, optimize, document, and modernize complex, highly integrated enterprise systems., * 7+ years of enterprise infrastructure engineering experience * 7+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText / NetIQ platforms Strong expertise in: * eDirectory, IDM, OES, NAM * iPrint, SSO, PUM, Filr * Self-Service Password Reset, Zenworks * Windows Server enterprise environments * Microsoft Azure and hybrid infrastructure * Enterprise identity and authentication systems * Infrastructure documentation and disaster recovery planning Preferred Technical Experience * Identity and Access Management (IAM) * Active Directory integrations * Enterprise authentication and security systems * Hybrid cloud architecture * Infrastructure security and compliance * Disaster recovery and business continuity * Enterprise systems integration * Infrastructure modernization initiatives Certifications (Preferred) * OpenText / NetIQ certifications * Microsoft Azure certifications * Windows Server certifications * Identity & Access Management certifications Soft Skills & Expectations * Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong documentation and organizational skills * Ability to operate in a structured, process-driven environment * High level of accountability and ownership * Ability to quickly understand complex enterprise environments Work Environment * Enterprise-level infrastructure supporting critical operations * Combination of project-based work and ongoing operational support * Highly collaborative technical team environment * Occasional after-hours and weekend support required ## Description We are seeking a highly experienced OpenText / NetIQ Infrastructure Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise infrastructure environment.
