Preferred but Not Required * Experience with nonprofit CRMs (e.g., Salesforce NPSP, Raiser's Edge, EveryAction). * Knowledge of direct mail and digital fundraising metrics and integrated multi-channel campaign reporting. ## Description Data Management & Production * Process, clean, standardize, and organize donor and campaign data from multiple client and internal systems. * Document assumptions, validation steps, and issue resolutions to support repeatable and auditable processes. * Perform quality control checks on campaign files, reports, and data outputs, including record counts, field formatting, coding accuracy, and reconciliation against source files. * Handle sensitive client and donor data with discretion, following internal data security, privacy, and file transfer procedures. * Prepare, document, and transfer data files to and from production vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies between client and internal databases. * Use tools such as Azure, Fabric, SSMS, Power BI, and Excel to organize, transform, and visualize data. * Maintain internal and client reporting templates. Project Management & Coordination * Manage and track data requests and internal team projects, ensuring all deliverables related to data and reporting are met on schedule. * Monitor status updates, escalate bottlenecks, and proactively identify process improvements. * Work with client services, data operations, and other internal team members to clarify data requests, confirm requirements, and communicate timelines, questions, and risks. * Ensure version control and documentation for data processes, reports, and team deliverables. * Maintain organized project records and assist with vendor coordination as needed.
