This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional IT initiatives that enhance production efficiency, improve internal systems, and support our manufacturing technology roadmap. The ideal candidate has strong experience in manufacturing environments, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to project delivery. * Leads end-to-end IT projects supporting manufacturing and operations, including planning, execution, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination. * Partners with engineering, production, and IT teams to implement and integrate manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, SCADA, automation) * Manage risk and compliance * Ensure clear communication, documentation, and change management across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
