The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience integrating SAP systems with plant MES systems and logistics/warehousing solutions., Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration/management, or a related field, with at least four years of related experience, OR a master's degree in information technology, business administration/management, with at least two years of related experience. * Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP PP-PI implementation experience * Strong understanding of S4/HANA production processes and functionalities * Proficient in troubleshooting and leading the evaluation and design of corrections for complex incidents, maintaining a high level of functional competency in the standard configuration of PP-PI (including control recipe integration), and leveraging best practices and new trends in Covestro's current and future projects. * Proven experience integrating SAP with plant MES systems. Expertise in configuring and testing an SAP-MES interface with Control recipes/Characteristic-based process instructions/Process messages * Strong knowledge of SAP integration technologies (RFC, BAPI, API, IDocs, SFTP) * Knowledge of logistics and warehousing integration with production modules * Experience with production planning, execution, and control processes * Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to individuals at all levels, including process owners and stakeholders. * Strong active listening skills and the ability to translate needs, concerns, and solutions across functional and stakeholder groups. * Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a tight project timeline. * Demonstrated creativity balanced with practicality to meet business objectives and team needs. * Intercultural experience. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure. * Strong understanding of IT architecture/cloud and ERP development.
