## About the Role

Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Graduate or equivalent with data processing training, computer operations training, or experience in a multi-operation system preferred.

 * Setting up projects and extracting data from GIS system

Skills and Experience Requirements:

 * Two or more years of related experience with computers and databases;
 * SQL Experience;
 * Proficient in the use of Excel;
 * Ability to work efficiently with minimum supervision and able to act as a lead when the need arises.
 * Exercises judgement and creativity in selecting and applying procedures correctly, and determines when to refer problems to the Manager or next level of support.
 * Communication and able to collaborate with others- Working with the data quality control team and other departments, * SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
 * Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)

## Description

Some Responsibilities of the IT Assistant include, but are not limited to:

 * Monitors the production scheduling, execution, and successful completion of production jobs;
 * Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate;
 * Administers user accounts;
 * Designs and produces reports;
 * Sets up and submits production jobs and edits and debugs computer output;
 * Maintains records;
 * Contributes to unit goals by accomplishing related duties as required
 * Analytical thinking- Reviewing Excel sheets for issues.
 * Attention to detail- Have a keen eye for detail when managing data sets
