## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical customer support for office equipment?, * Broad IT support experience across:

 * Desktop and laptop systems
 * Printers and peripherals
 * Basic networking concepts
 * Servers and infrastructure (foundational understanding)
 * Audio/Visual systems
 * Smart devices and telecom systems

Additional Expectations

 * Strong communication and documentation discipline
 * Ability to manage workload independently within a scheduled onsite window
 * Flexibility to support evolving technical requirements and assigned duties

## Description

* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for end-user issues
 * Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware/software issues
 * Maintain accurate and timely ticket documentation and status updates
 * Coordinate with third-party vendors for complex AV or technical escalations
 * Install, upgrade, and support:
 * Windows OS (XP, 7, 8.1, 10)
 * Microsoft Office (2010 and later)
 * Cisco Jabber and other authorized applications
 * Support Apple (Mac) systems at a basic level
 * Perform preventative maintenance on desktops, laptops, and printers
 * Execute hardware repairs and component replacements as needed
 * Troubleshoot network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
 * Operate effectively in a project-based, team-oriented environment
