(20%) + Define and Lead AHN's BI Strategy: Strategically define, champion, and execute a comprehensive Business Intelligence (BI) roadmap tailored to meet Allegheny Health Network's (AHN) strategic goals for patient care, operational efficiency, quality outcomes, and financial performance. (15%) + Ensure Data Governance, Quality, and Compliance: Establish and enforce enterprise-wide data governance policies, quality standards, and privacy frameworks across all clinical and operational data sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strict adherence to HIPAA and other healthcare regulations for Protected Health Information (PHI).
