Knowledge of ASME Y14.100 and related standards. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks. * Must be able to obtain/maintain Government Security Clearance; Active Secret clearance preferred. ## Description The Textron Systems - Weapons team is seeking a Configuration Management Manager to lead configuration management activities across multiple programs at our Wilmington, MA location. The successful candidate will guide and support our Program & Engineering teams in applying industry standard configuration management practices throughout the product lifecycle. In this role, you will lead a team of CM analysts, oversee CM processes and tools across the business, and ensure compliance with internal, industry, and Government standards. You will serve as the primary authority for configuration identification, baseline management, change control, status accounting, and configuration audits to support program execution and product integrity.
