 * Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results, * Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments (35,000+ users)
 * Familiarity working with federal or government clients
 * Experience collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups

## Description

Concept Solutions is seeking a Sr. Configuration Manager to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage modern tools like ServiceNow, and make a measurable impact in a high-visibility environment for the FAA's ITIPSS I&O program. This position is responsible play a critical part in supporting enterprise-level IT change and configuration management for a federal customer-ensuring stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across systems.

Change & Configuration Management

 * Lead and support enterprise IT change and configuration management activities
 * Process and manage change requests using ServiceNow and SharePoint (KSN forms)
 * Guide change requests through established governance and approval workflows
 * Partner with federal leadership to support and enhance automated change management tools

Process Improvement & Documentation

 * Identify gaps in current processes and recommend practical, scalable improvements
 * Maintain accurate data, reporting, and documentation for all change activities
 * Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Incident Management & Support

 * Monitor and resolve incidents through ticket queues, ensuring timely resolution
