This role partners closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance, integrations, and continuous improvement across enterprise applications and data environments., * Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert across ORC, Core HR, Time & Absence, Benefits, Performance Management, and Workforce Compensation * Perform hands-on configuration across both functional and technical components * Build and maintain strong understanding of enterprise application topology * Orchestrate integration strategy between HCM/ERP cloud and downstream systems * Develop data migration strategies and advise on data privacy and audit best practices * Strengthen systems and data foundation to enable broader business strategy * Partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements, reports, integrations, and conversions * Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation * Manage and resolve Oracle Service Requests with Oracle SupportTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform unit testing, and support implementation and deployment activities, Our IT team is at the heart of our business.
