Langues * Anglais courant (oral et écrit) indispensable pour piloter des fournisseurs et projets à l'international. * Une autre langue serait un plus. ## Description Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Achats Indirects du groupe JCDecaux, vous prenez en charge la catégorie IT & Télécom dans un contexte international (Europe + autres régions selon périmètre). Votre mission : structurer, piloter et optimiser les dépenses IT & Télécom (matériels, logiciels, services, infrastructures et télécommunications) au service de la performance économique et de la transformation digitale du groupe., Pilotage de la stratégie achats IT & Télécom * Définir et déployer la stratégie achats par sous-catégorie (infrastructures, réseaux, cloud, * software, licences, maintenance, téléphonie fixe/mobile, data, services managés, SSII/ESN, etc.). * Challenger le besoin avec les directions métiers : DSI, Digital, Finance, Opérations, Filiales * internationales. * Mettre en place une roadmap triennale de productivité et de création de valeur (TCO, innovation, * qualité de service).
