This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. We're seeking a strategic, execution-driven Senior Product Owner to lead Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities that power a complex digital supply chain. In this role, you'll own the vision, backlog, and value delivery for enterprise master data platforms-driving data quality, consistency, and business outcomes across product, vendor, customer, and item domains This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX., * Partner with engineering, data governance, architecture, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions. * Translate business needs into clear epics, features, and user stories. * Drive cross-functional alignment on priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines. * Lead discovery, process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Track outcomes tied to data quality, efficiency, and operational impact., * Own enterprise-scale products that directly impact how the business operates. * Work at the intersection of data, technology, and real-world outcomes. * Influence strategy and execution-not just delivery. * Join a collaborative team focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
