## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in macOS?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Professional Computer Systems provides IT services for small businesses. PCS is looking to hire a help desk analyst. This is a full-time, in person position., * Knowledge of computer hardware and familiarity with Windows desktop and Mac operating systems.

 * Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Office 365, and other productivity software.
 * Applicant should have good problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent people skills and good communication skills are required. The position involves dealing directly with clients.
 * Willingness to travel - position may involve some on-site work at clients around western NC and upstate SC.
 * Applicant must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
 * Must be authorized to work in the US.
 * Fluent English speaker.

Desired education / experience:

 * Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or Information Technology preferred.
 * Or two years relevant work experience.

## Description

* Assist clients with basic troubleshooting of desktop applications, help with Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.
 * Onboard users, Office 365 account maintenance, password resets.
 * Diagnose hardware issues and assist with new hardware setup.
 * May involve on-site work.
