MATHEMATICAL SKILLS * Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry as they relate to information technology and networking. * Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations, including capacity planning, performance analysis, and troubleshooting. * Ability to interpret technical metrics, system performance data, logs, and reports to assist in diagnosing issues and supporting operational decisions. ## Description The Information Technology Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of the organization's information technology infrastructure. This role supports on-premises and cloud-based systems, networks, endpoints, and users, ensuring availability, performance, security, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
