## About the Role

* High School graduate or GED
 * AA degree, or 48 semester credits or 72 quarter credits from an institution of higher education (level 100 class or higher), or having successfully passed the ETS ParaPro Assessment.
 * Dependable, trustworthy, experience working with children and adults, good time manager, shows initiative.

## Description

+ Provides base-level support and diagnostics for staff and students concerning district technology and devices, including, but not limited to: Chromebooks, hotspots, projectors, document cameras, and printers.
 + Perform essential software and hardware diagnostics of district devices, including operating system resets, power cycling, screen replacements, and keyboard repairs.
 + Manages the inventory and device assignment of student devices, including Chromebooks, hotspots, and chargers.
 + Maintain records relating to inventory and state of district technology devices.
 + Works with secretaries and building staff to support students having technical issues with devices and Internet services.
 + Work with other IT staff and escalate issues to higher-level support when necessary.
 + All other duties as assigned
