Communicates to all employees to bring them on the technology transformation journey through engagement and cultural adaptability. ## Description The IT ERP Platform Manager is responsible for leading the product management of the technologies that support Cirrus's Enterprise Service Teams. They will guide solution designs that align with the Cirrus Growth Choices and the IT strategic roadmap, delivering value to business stakeholders. The IT Enterprise Services Product Manager owns the Enterprise Service technology programs, product deployment and life cycle, managing the resource allocation, backlog prioritization, and closely partnering with business stakeholders providing insight, feedback, and strategic recommendations regarding product performance, quality, and utilization capability. Drives servant leadership to an agile team by educating and coaching team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiencies, delivering incremental customer value, and embracing continuous improvement. This position will be part of the Information Technology team providing direct influence and process guidance across all business capabilities.
