You will be expected to manage many projects for multiple clients simultaneously. · Strong communication skills and the ability to get clients excited about software apps. · Client focused, prioritizes client satisfaction, and enjoys interacting with clients of different backgrounds and technical acumen. · Ability to help clients feel more comfortable articulating their challenges and needs. · Experience in identifying scope change and how to manage change control process. · Not afraid to ask questions / actively engage with team members as well as clients daily., · Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. . Previous experience in Account management and/or IT project coordination or related roles is imperative. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear and concise communication with clients and project development team members. · Proficiency in project management tools and software. · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision. · Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, assess their impact, and propose solutions. · Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and unexpected challenges in a dynamic project environment. · Familiarity with account management and project management best practices and industry standards. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
