This position is for a Gruve customer engagement. ## Description We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs across Life Science Group (LSG) and Clinical Diagnostics Group (CDG) initiatives. This role will drive program execution, R&D alignment, AI/ML innovation, platform modernization, and regulatory-compliant product delivery within a highly regulated environment., Program & R&D Leadership * Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-team programs across LSG and CDG product portfolios. * Serve as the primary technical program interface between R&D and engineering teams. * Translate research and laboratory innovations into scalable platform development roadmaps. * Drive AI/ML initiatives, including computer vision, predictive diagnostics, and LLM-assisted documentation. * Facilitate cross-functional alignment and provide executive-level program updates and recommendations. * Present risk mitigation strategies and resolution plans to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
