## Description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and manage complex technical programs across cross-functional teams. The TPM will drive planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy., * Own end-to-end program management for technical initiatives

 * Define program scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
 * Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment
 * Break down complex problems into actionable work streams
 * Track progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers proactively
 * Drive communication and reporting with stakeholders and leadership
 * Ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions
