## Description

Votre mission est l'assistance technique dans le cadre de l'installation de nos solutions :

 * Réception des appels clients et assistance téléphonique,
 * Prise en main à distance des postes utilisateurs,
 * Intervention sur site client,
 * Installation et mise en service sur site client des matériels et logiciels
 * Réparation de matériels en atelier.
 * Formation des utilisateurs.
 * Analyse, résolution et conseils techniques.
 * Travail en relation avec les fabricants : Tests et contrôles des matériels et logiciels, suivi des matériels sous garantie (RMA)
 * Travail dans le cadre de projets : Tests et validation des solutions proposées
 * Interaction avec le service commercial.
