This is a key role in a high functioning team at a moment of growth. This role spans engineering and product team responsibilities. It reports directly to the president of the Kinsman division. You will lead an existing team of three and oversee the continued implementation of our mobile application development (Flutter) and the cloud services and infrastructure that support it. You will help design and implement a seamless, end-to-end product that empowers earthworks contractors with state-of-the-art GNSS RTK and INS measurement solutions. This dynamic role is reflective of the evolving team and process changes that have come from AI. It requires a collaborative and multidisciplinary leader who has deep technical expertise as well as great people and product skills. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership and thrives in early-stage settings.
