 * Technical literacy in API documentation, call flows, and system design.

## Description

* Define, instrument, and report on KPIs for AI products, including resolution rate, conversion, and revenue attribution.
 * Conduct weekly performance reviews, identify regressions, and drive fixes across prompt, model, and data layers.
 * Develop and maintain QA frameworks and conversation review processes.
 * Take new AI use cases from concept to production, including writing PRDs, defining success metrics, and leading launches.
 * Manage vendor evaluations, onboarding, and governance processes for AI initiatives.
