* Formation Bac+2 en informatique (BTS SIO, DUT, etc.)
 * Première expérience en support (stage/alternance accepté)
 * Bon niveau sur :
 * Windows (poste client)
 * Active Directory
 * Réseau (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
 * Autonomie, rigueur et sens du service
 * Bon relationnel avec des utilisateurs non techniques
 * Permis B recommandé (déplacements inter-sites)

## Description

Au sein de l'équipe informatique, vous intervenez en support auprès des utilisateurs dans un groupement de cliniques réparti sur plusieurs sites(Nice et Solliès-Toucas) :

 * Support utilisateurs (médecins, personnel soignant, administratif) : tickets, téléphone
 * Diagnostic et résolution des incidents matériels, systèmes et réseau
 * Installation, configuration et maintenance des postes de travail et périphériques (PC, imprimantes, scanners, etc.)
 * Gestion des comptes et des droits (Active Directory, messagerie)
 * Assistance sur les logiciels métiers (GAM, DPI, Imagerie, etc)
 * Déploiement de matériels et logiciels sur plusieurs sites
 * Suivi du parc informatique (inventaire, renouvellement)
 * Respect des bonnes pratiques de sécurité (confidentialité des données)
