Your work will directly enable care teams with real-time patient intelligence, improve care coordination, and drive better patient outcomes by bridging systems such as Epic and Cerner with the Microsoft healthcare ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare interoperability, CRM platform engineering, and cloud architecture.
