## About the Role

* Hands-on experience with Snowflake administration, Python ELT, SQL, Unix, Shell scripting and AWS services like EC2 and S3.
 * Hands on experience with developing complex transformations using Data Build tool (DBT)
 * Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL, Unix shell scripting, and Python
 * Should have written in past the DBA scripts using Python and/or Shell scripts and the SNOW SQL.
 * Execution from Amazon EC2 to automate and/or notify Admin related alerts.
 * In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to "U.S. persons" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees., * Experience in Manufacturing/ Banking/Financial domain and Functional knowledge in Sourcing and Procurement.
 * Experience in large scale cloud data migrations using Snowflake, Python, Spark, SQL
 * Sound knowledge of software engineering design patterns and practices
 * Good understanding of Agile software development frameworks
 * Good to have experience in Azure/AWS Databricks Ability to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teams

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
