## Description

En tant que Technicien Support, vous serez le point de contact privilégié pour nos clients et aurez pour responsabilités :

 * Assurer le support technique (niveau 1 et 2) auprès des utilisateurs.
 * Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels, logiciels et réseaux.
 * Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail, périphériques et logiciels.
 * Participer à la gestion des tickets via notre outil de helpdesk.
 * Assurer le suivi et la documentation des interventions.
 * Collaborer avec l'équipe pour améliorer les processus et la satisfaction client.
