* Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
 * 2 years of technical operations support experience
 * Strong understanding of operating systems, network configurations, and hardware components
 * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
 * Experience with VPNs, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory, * Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related field

* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for workstations and related equipment
