## About the Role

Do you have experience in Data-driven problem-solving?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We seek a passionate, innovative engineer who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is eager to shape a high-impact product. The ideal candidate will have:

 * Strong backend development skills, with expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and performance optimization.
 * Experience building modern, scalable frontend applications using technologies such as React, Next.js, TypeScript, and related frontend ecosystems.
 * A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to break down complex problems into scalable solution and to convert the product requirements into a technical solution.

We Are a Match Because You Have

 * 2+ years of experience in backend software engineering using object oriented language and preferably Java
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
 * Experience working with relational and non-relational databases
 * Experience working with event-driven architectures, DDD, and TDD
 * Mastery of some flavor of modern frontend frameworks and technologies like React, Next.js, Redux and related technologies.
 * Experience in Big Data technologies like Apache Kafka/Apache spark/Nosql databases
 * Preferred experience in the CI/CD tools/platforms like Buildkite/Docker/Kubernetes.
 * Experience with Cloud Native architecture platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
 * Passion for exploring and applying AI technologies to improve developer efficiency, product outcomes, and business results, with a strong willingness to experiment, learn, and drive meaningful impact through AI-enabled solutions.
 * Experience in system monitoring using tools like DataDog etc.
