This role also oversees warranty processes, including claim analysis, root cause identification, and corrective action implementation to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. The IMS Coordinator works cross-functionally with operations, Installation and sales teams to drive continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence across the manufacturing facility.
