* Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent (U.S.A. Equivalency).
 * Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications.
 * Knowledgeable in Google Sheets.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 * Excellent customer service skills.
 * Team player with organizational skills.
 * High level attention to detail.

## Description

* Utilize district inventory software to maintain accurate inventory control and recover technology devices that has been reported lost, stolen, or damaged.
 * Work with district police department to recover reported stolen devices.
 * Communicate with parents/guardians for proper retrieval of non-returned devices from withdrawn students.
 * Maintain accurate database of withdrawn students received from PowerSchool notifications.
 * Work with Asset Management Department for accurate asset data for all withdrawn students.
 * Ensure all decommissioned devices are documented and processed in a timely manner.
 * Work with Information Technology Security team to ensure all lost or stolen devices are locked in a timely manner.
 * Work with Human Capital Management Department to retrieve data of exiting staff.
 * Collaborate with Dallas ISD Campus Staff as needed.
 * Provide excellent communication and customer service to parents, students and employees.
 * Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/ or manager.

All federally funded incumbents of this position must comply with time and effort reporting requirements through personnel activity reports or periodic certification, as appropriate.
