This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys solving problems, implementing new technology, improving processes, and helping an organization operate at a higher level., The Office Technology & Innovation Manager will be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and managing technology solutions across the organization. This individual will work closely with advisors, administrative staff, marketing, compliance, and management to improve productivity, streamline operations, and support the firm's growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically savvy, comfortable with AI tools, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
