We are seeking a highly analytical and systems-oriented professional to design, organize, and maintain the data framework that powers our estimating and configuration platform. This role is not focused on purchasing, project management, construction supervision, or traditional estimating. Instead, the position centers on building the underlying structure that connects home designs, upgrade packages, trade scopes, material selections, and cost information into a scalable and continuously improving system. The successful candidate will create and manage the data architecture that allows DesignHOME to accurately estimate homes, evaluate design options, track cost performance, and continuously improve pricing accuracy through feedback from completed projects.
