-be able to work in a team environment as well as independently with limited supervision.
-be a strong multi-tasker and able to prioritize projects based on deadlines.
-be detail-orientated and work with a high degree of accuracy.
-have strong computer skills and be a fast learner of new tasks and software.
-have the desire to advance within a growing company.

Bonus qualifications may include;
-basic to moderate experience with Adobe Illustrator.
-experience working in a print and/or other production shop., * Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)

 * Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Required)
 * Printing Industry: 1 year (Preferred)

## Description

Busy, professional, screen printing shop seeking full time project manager. We are a very busy shop that is growing quickly leading to many opportunities for the right team member.

Our perfect candidate thrives in a fast paced environment and likes to be busy. They want to go home from a job feeling appreciated and accomplished, even when the day was chaotic. We are looking for a team player who is always willing to jump in to help teammates, even when they have work of their own to do. They want to be part of a team and contribute to each others success. They understand the balance of speed and accuracy and have the ability to achieve both. They have a strong eye for detail and accuracy.

While experience in Adobe Illustrator is not required, it is very helpful in the success of this position.

Tasks will include but not be limited to;
-confirm what printing methods, art size, etc will work best to achieve the customers desired outcome based on differences in garments and other factors.
-entering orders into our shop management software.
-prep client provided art using Adobe Illustrator.
-answering client emails throughout the day while upholding our high standard of customer service.
-miscellaneous office tasks such as scanning, filing, and file updating as needed.
