In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle project management from initial planning to final execution ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget. You will be the key point of contact for clients, manage internal teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring custom architectural millwork projects to life. What You'll Do Leadership & Oversight: * Direct and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Lead teams of Assistant Project Managers, Installation Supervisors, and Lead Engineers. * Assign tasks based on expertise and ensure alignment with project goals. Project Planning & Execution: * Define project scope, budgets, timelines, and key deliverables. * Coordinate with Purchasing and Installation teams to align on materials and manpower scheduling. * Oversee shop drawings, submittals, and ensure quality control. Client & Vendor Communication: * Act as the main liaison with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. * Manage vendor contracts, insurance, bonds, and related documentation. Financial Management: * Monitor budgets and job costs with a focus on accuracy and forecasting. * Submit and track progress billings and change orders. * Maintain detailed cost projections and reports using internal systems. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update critical project documents, including: * Project schedules. * Submittal and change order logs. * Material status reports. * Installation reports. * Scope trackers and cost-to-complete reports. * Provide monthly updates to Project Executives.
