Critical Performance Factors * Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies * Ability to script or automate routine tasks (e.g., PowerShell, bash) is preferred * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to handle complex incidents with minimal supervision * Effective written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical issues to non-technical * Strong collaborative mindset that is willing to share knowledge and support level I, II staff grow in their roles * Competence incorporating AI automation, SSO and API ## Description Under the supervision of the Director of IT; manages GECM information technology system alignments, along with the development and implementation of technology solutions.
