You will be a technical authority working closely with service teams to drive innovation and adoption while supporting field teams and strategic customers in HPC and GenAI use cases. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable diving deep into storage service internals with engineering teams and explaining complex architectures to technical decision-makers. You will partner with AWS storage service teams to influence roadmaps, document best practices, and drive feature adoption through technical content creation and industry event presentations. Candidates should be technical domain experts in enterprise storage technologies, with particular depth in file and data storage solutions in the cloud. Previous experience with AWS is preferred. You will work closely with senior engineers and other storage specialists to develop comprehensive solutions for customer workloads. In this role, you will partner with Storage Product and GTM teams to enable key technical use cases and drive service adoption. Through thought leadership, you will establish best practices, propose service enhancements, and create technical content that enables successful implementation of AWS storage solutions. This role combines service expertise with strategic customer engagement.
