## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical customer support solution?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or similar (preferred). Minimum Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

 * 2 years' related experience preferred.
 * Proficiency with 3D modelling (Autodesk Inventor preferred).
 * Drafting and design skills with metal fabrication. A plus if experience in material handling equipment and grain systems.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
 * Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 5-10% of the time, Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

## Description

* Generate, evaluate, and analyze design concepts utilizing a fact-based approach.
 * Develop detailed models, drawings, and specifications for mechanical equipment, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment.
 * Prototype and test design concepts.
 * Work with engineering and manufacturing team members and with customers to design and layout detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems.
 * Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for components or machinery using computer-assisted equipment.
 * Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.
 * Interface with customers and customer service representatives to assist with troubleshooting, plan for projects, and gather feedback.
 * Layout, draw, and reproduce illustrations for reference manuals and technical publications to describe operation and maintenance of mechanical systems.
