This role ensures compliance with quality standards by maintaining accurate records, performing inspections, conducting laboratory tests, and monitoring production processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting. Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation & Recordkeeping * Maintain and update quality and food safety records, including: * Raw Material Records * Daily Sanitation Records * Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Documentation * Critical Control Point (CCP) Records * Pest Control Records * Metal Detection Records * Daily Labeling Logs * Pasteurizer Temperature Records Quality Inspections * Perform daily pre-operational inspections of production areas and equipment. * Conduct environmental swabbing and sanitation verification activities. * Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. Testing & Analysis * Perform sensory evaluations of finished products, including appearance, odor, texture, and taste assessments. * Conduct routine quality assurance laboratory testing, including: * pH Analysis * Water Activity Testing * Titrations * Other quality control tests as required * Record and interpret test results accurately.
