## Description

The Assistant Project Manager / Job Tracking Coordinator will support daily operations by maintaining project records, tracking job progress, organizing documentation, and assisting with communication between the office and shop floor. This position provides valuable hands-on experience in project management, operations, construction administration, and small business management.

Responsibilities

 * Enter and maintain project information in spreadsheets and tracking systems
 * Monitor job status and update project schedules
 * Track customer orders, materials, and project milestones
 * Assist with estimating and bidding document organization
 * Create and maintain project folders and digital records
 * Support invoicing and purchase order tracking
 * Coordinate with shop personnel regarding project progress
 * Prepare weekly job status reports for management
 * Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries as needed
 * Assist with administrative tasks and special projects
