## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, * 3+ years of IT support or managed services experience

 * CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent experience)
 * Strong troubleshooting skills - hardware, networking, Windows environments
 * Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
 * Clean driving record and reliable transportation (client visits required)
 * Strong communication skills

Preferred:

 * CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+
 * RMM platform experience (Atera preferred)
 * MSP (Managed Services Provider) background
 * Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, or email security tools

We're known for our fast response times, 1-hour SLA, and 100% client retention rate. We deliver enterprise-grade IT support and security at a price point that works for local businesses.We're hiring two full-time IT Technicians to join our onsite team in Lancaster, Ohio.Responsibilities

 * Provide Tier 1-3 helpdesk support for managed services clients
 * Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoints (Windows, Microsoft 365)
 * Monitor and respond to alerts using our RMM platform (Atera)
 * Support cybersecurity tools including SIEM monitoring, email protection, and backup/recovery
 * Conduct onsite client visits for new deployments, hardware swaps, and troubleshooting
 * Assist with physical security installations (cameras, alarm systems) as needed
 * Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours escalations
 * Document work in ticketing system accurately and thoroughly
